As approved in the minutes of the meeting of Working Group - Fixing tariff rates for the HDUGS ( Meeting dated 25/10/2005 held at GSDA , Pune) 

1)     Data should not be provided free of cost.

2)     HDUG group should be divided into following groups.

Student, Research Scholar, Farmer, Government (State) Government (Central) Semi-Government, NGO, Industrialist bankers, Educational Institutes etc.
