DATA DISSEMINATION POLICY
Membership –
- The registration for membership of the HDUG is open to all by paying Rs. 500/- as a membership fee.
- Membership of HDUG is valid for a fixed duration of five years.
- This may be renewed. Lifetime membership fee is Rs. 2500/-
Data user categories -
For the purpose of data dissemination, users of hydrological/ hydrogeological data are grouped in following categories:
Category I: Non commercial users
| i. Central government departments/ organizations ii. State government departments/organizations iii. Students/research scholars |
Category II: Commercial users | i.Other Institutes / Companies / Consultancies / Industries ii. NGOs / PSUs / Individuals |
Note: Students/ Researchers should obtain the necessary data through their Institutes /
Universities duly acknowledging GSDA
